An Italian take on Gippsland produce
Due to COVID, we have two seatings for lunch and dinner, lasting strictly 2 hours. Our lunch service is our famous pizza and pasta, served a la carte. Our dinner service is our three course set menu; A Trulli Gippsland Experience, comprised of our local producers, changing regularly. Bookings are essential!
Trulli is proud to stand arm in arm with the producers of our beautiful region. Supporting the farmers who produce 25-30% of Victoria’s veggies, beef and dairy is both an economically sound decision and, more importantly, a decision from the heart.
Over 80% of our menu is grown no more than two hours away. Can’t get much fresher than that!
Baking fresh daily, our range includes croissants, bread, pastries, and cakes. Available for Wholesale and Retail.

Since our start in 2012, Trulli has undergone many transitions and additions. From a small restaurant, we are now a Restaurant, a Bakehouse and a Gelateria.
COVID has again challenged what we thought we knew. Our Italian authenticity has grown to be defined by history and culture instead of geography.
Using the raw ingredients our neighbours grow year in, year out, our dishes are a reflection of their love. Our team is very excited to bring you this rejuvenation of Trulli.
